PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover.
If you have any questions, please contact us BEFORE bidding. We will be happy to answer any of your questions. The bidder / buyer will receive an winning email detailing payment instructions. For faster shipping, click our instant checkout button at the top of the page.

SHIPPING
We ship via DHLecom, FedEx, DHL, USPS and offer expedited shipping. Insurance is included in the shipping fee. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order ships. Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment.

TERMS
International customers may be subject to import duties & taxes and/or brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the Buyer and are collected at the time of delivery.
Your charge from Store includes the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping
Any additional charges for customs clearance and/or brokerage fees must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office or local UPS brokerage office if you need additional information.
We declare the actual purchase price of your product for insurance and customs purposes. Please do not ask us to reduce the value of the item you purchased, or declare it as a warranty item or gift.

RETURNS
Conditions for Returns: In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• The Goods were purchased in the last 15 days
The following Goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
